Location:

We are located in Bower, a new apartment complex at 771 - 775 Beacon St in the Fenway neighborhood. Our main entrance can be found in the center of the plaza (between the two buildings). We're not visible from street level, but we've included some instructions below to help you find your way.

We recommend using the corner of Beacon and Maitland Streets as a drop-off point. Beacon St becomes segmented with some construction equipment and Jersey barriers - stay on the inside and walk along the building. You'll first come to the entrance for Equal Measure, our cocktail bar. Walk past that door and to the right, past our bakeshop and the apartment lobby, and you'll see our main entrance!

If you're coming from David Ortiz Dr, take the elevator to the 2nd floor or walk up the stairs. 

Parking:

We recommend checking the Fenway Park calendar before driving to the neighborhood, as parking is limited during home games and events.

Parking is available at metered spots and in private garages/lots only - we do not offer valet parking or validation.

You can often find metered parking spots on Beacon St and surrounding neighborhood streets. There are several neighboring private garages and lots in the immediate vicinity, including one in Bower, the apartment complex in which we are located. On non-game and non-event days only, we have a negotiated rate with this garage of $26 all evening after 3 PM. Be aware that on game and event days, the private lots will charge an event rate.
